Domestic (USA) Shipping:

1. How does shipping and delivery work?

• Once your order is placed our team will usually pick and pack the order within 24-72 hours. Orders with expedited shipping will be given the highest priority and can be expected to be sent out within 24 hours during the business week. 
• All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
• For orders with multiple items, some items may be shipped separately depending on where they are stocked. For these orders, you can still expect all your items to arrive within the given transit time based on the type of shipping selected.

2. How long will my order take for delivery?

• Shipping and delivery times differ based on the type of shipping you select at checkout. Processing times on orders can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on shipping service. Below are the estimated transit times for each type of shipping.

• Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days)
• Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

International (outside of USA) Shipping:

Note: International shipping times vary greatly by destination. We use live rates and shipping time estimates that are provided to us directly from both DHL and UPS, so the most current and accurate shipping times will be shown to you at time of checkout when you choose your shipping service. Taxes and duties for importation of the goods into your country are prepaid by you at time of checkout from our store, and the package will deliver directly to your address without any additional fees due.
